The factors that influence the effectiveness of training program and its consequent impact on employees' performance

This paper explores how to develop programs for preparing employees working in the hotel.A survey instrument was used to obtain data employees who working in F&B department at Ramada Inn and Fairfield Inn in Joplin.All the surveys were conducted in Ramada Inn and Fairfield Inn in November 2002.A total of 350 responses were generated by the survey.The result indicates external recruitment did not help overall performance directly,but can stimulate the effectiveness of the training program.The result of the study also determines that the most important thing about the assessment center is its ability to improve employee's performance.
